I really couldn't pick. I like each of them for totally different reasons. It would be more like picking which reason is more important to me.

Pot Re: Alice Cooper or Frank Zappa

Well we got no choice
All the girls and boys
Makin all that noise
'Cause they found new toys
Well we can't salute ya
Can't find a flag
If that don't suit ya
That's a drag

School's out for summer
School's out forever
School's been blown to pieces

No more pencils
No more books
No more teacher's dirty looks

Well we got no class
And we got no principles
And we got no innocence
We can't even think of a word that rhymes

School's out for summer
School's out forever
School's been blown to pieces

No more pencils
No more books
No more teacher's dirty looks

Out for summer
Out till fall
We might not go back at all

School's out forever
School's out for summer
School's out with fever
School's out completely

Re: Alice Cooper or Frank Zappa

Frank Zappa by far. I like some Alice Cooper's songs, but I have to admit I'm not big fan of Alice Cooper. And to me Zappa was just an incredible genius that went way beyond rock. I like his weirdness in music too, though there are some few songs I really can't get into (not because the musical complexity that I always love, but because some satire that at times gets too far), in general I like a lot of his stuff (at least the albums I've heard that must be around 20 or so, but he released many many more), so, I would say I'm a Zappa fan!

Re: Alice Cooper or Frank Zappa

I love Frank Zappa for his unique music, but I always found it kind of difficult to follow (as far as the melody and such; the lyrics are clever and witty, always) as it's peculiar.

I love Alice more, though.

Re: Alice Cooper or Frank Zappa

Mike Nesmith vs. Frank Zappa isn't nearly as great a mis-match as a lot of people might think.

Crazy Re: Alice Cooper or Frank Zappa

Like them both. I was more into Cooper when I was younger but Zappa is also a great artist. I don't know why you compared those two though.
