A definitive history of Country Rock, in 30 videos

From hillbilly music and R&Bís first scuffles down a dusty dirt track, country rock had a long, meandering and colourful trip from birth into adulthood

Strange groupings The Beatles, The Rolling Stones? I'm not saying they didn't have some country influenced songs but if you're talking about the history of country rock then there should be a few more names mentioned.

Pure Prairie League
New Riders of the Purple Sage
Cowboy - Boyer & Talton
Loggins and Messina
Linda Ronstadt
The Flying Burrito Brothers
Nitty Gritty Dirt Band
Asleep At The Wheel
Commander Cody and His Lost Planet Airmen

I guess people forget that Ronstadt did things other than those 80s soft rock ballads.
