Paul Stanley Reveals Last Song KISS Plan To Play

KISS recently kicked off their lengthy farewell tour but frontman Paul Stanley has revealed that the band has already thought ahead to the last song that they will play together during their very last show.

Stanley was interviewed by The Australian program Sunday night and was asked what song would play as the final encore during the last show of their End Of The Road tour.

He responded, "The last song has to be 'Rock And Roll All Nite And Party Every Day'. That is the rock anthem that connects the world. It was the start of other people coming up with anthems. They really didn't exist, per se. So, 'Rock And Roll All Nite And Party Every Day', that's a song that just connects with people on all different levels."

KISS Star Says Door Open To Ace And Peter Reunion Jam

KISS frontman Paul Stanley says that the door is open for original guitarist Ace Frehley and drummer Peter Criss to appear on the band's End Of The Road farewell tour.

Stanley was asked about the possibility during an appearance on Columbus, OH radio station 96.3 WLVQ and Paul responded, "Who knows? I have to say that door is open, but it's nothing that I contemplate daily.

"We're 45 shows into a sold-out tour, and it's going to continue. And it's a celebration, not of any lineup of the band - it's a celebration of everything we've accomplished with our fans. And that's not limited to any particular people. So whatever happens, happens.

"But this lineup in particular - Eric's been playing drums for over 25 years, I think, and Tommy's been in the band for 18 years, so we have a pretty good stability and tenure of this lineup."

KISS Was Dishonored At Rock Hall Induction

KISS was snubbed by the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame for almost 2 decades but were finally inducted in 2014. Frontman Paul Stanley revealed in a recent interview how unhappy he was at how the band was treated at the event.

Paul looked back at what he viewed as "disgusting" treatment by the Cleveland institution during the ceremony that say him, Gene Simmons, Ace Frehley inducted along with Cat Stevens, Linda Ronstadt, Nirvana and the E Street Band during a radio interview.

Stanley told 95.7 The Hog, "It was validation for our fans who it meant the world to... It was vindication in the sense that the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame kept us out for 17 years, and were really left with no choice but to begrudgingly let us in.

"They treated us like crap, even that night. We had trouble, how about this?, getting into the arena. We had no idea about the rundown of the show or when we were getting on stage. It was disgraceful what they did, but we won.

"It's the story of Kiss from the beginning - that people who believed in themselves and who were told what they were doing wasn't worth anything and wouldn't succeed came out on top. That's a life lesson for a lot of people."

Kiss at The O2: a farewell made of fire

Kiss's farewell tour reached London, and we shall never see their like again

The end is nigh. Kiss are on a farewell tour, and while it's hard to believe they'll stop while the arenas are still full and the coffers still filling, we're obliged to take them at their word.

Last night they played London for the final time, 43 years after they played their first, at the Hammersmith Odeon in 1976. The Odeon set was stuffed with songs that have become part of the rock'n'roll furniture, including half a dozen performed at The O2.

So is this it? A final farewell for rock's most loved, most hated, most cartoonish spectacle? It could just be. And we had to be there.

KISS Have Invited Peter And Ace To Guest On Farewell Tour

KISS cofounder Gene Simmons says that original drummer Peter Criss and founding guitarist Ace Frehley have both been invited to make guest appearance on their End of the Road farewell tour, but that is as far as they are willing to reunite with the former members.

Simmons spoke The Evening Standard recently and the topic of reuniting with Ace and Peter came up. He told the paper, "They were as important as any one of us in the early days of the band and they've both been invited to come on stage at some point in the tour. But we couldn't do the whole thing with them. They're completely undependable."

Gene then expressed how happy he is with the current members Eric Singer (drums) and Tommy Thayer (guitar), "Eric's played with everybody: Brian May, Black Sabbath, Alice Cooper, you name it. He and Tommy have a love of labor.

"They show up on time, do the work and are thrilled to meet the fans. Other members, without naming names, have been miserable."

Final KISS Concert May Include Past Members Says Kulick

Former unmasked era KISS guitarist Bruce Kulick believes that the legendary band's very last concert will include previous members who are willing to take the stage.

The current lineup of KISS launched their lengthy End Of The Road farewell tour and Kulick was asked by WRIF if he knows when the final show will be taking place and if he will be involved.

He responded, "Those are questions I don't know the answer to. I would imagine that the last gig could be two years from now, because they're doing so well and Gene [Simmons] has always talked about three years, but I don't really know their master plan. I'm not even sure how much they've mapped out yet... I'm very curious about it. I love that it's been so successful for them.

"I'm fairly confident that in some way, a final gig could feature everybody that is willing and able to be involved. Why not? It's not up to me. They know I'm excited about it and would love to be represented, but we'll see how everything goes. It would be a really nice thing for fans, I think. It would be a great bookend for i

Donít believe Gene Simmons - here's why Kiss will never quit

The Kiss farewell tour rolls on, and the end is in site. But why quit? They're better equipped to deal with the future than almost

So itís goodbye Kiss. The road that began in New York City back in hard rockís Pleistocene Age is finally running out. As Gene Simmons puts it: ďThere just arenít any more mountains to climb. We want to go out in style with the people that put us here, the fans.Ē And there you have it. Over, done, would the last member of the Kiss Army still standing please turn out the lights.
