I'll side with Dire Straits.

I've always found The Bridge Over Troubled Water cover amusing, for Paul's hair makes it look as if Art is sporting a fashionable moustache.

Dire Straits easily. They're probably a top 20 band for me, and I've never really seen the reason behind all the hype about S&G.
