Actually, with only 20 active members the probability of such an outcome is quite high

Re: Thirteen from the Eighties!

Metallica and Pantera. Toss of coin for me, but I am going with The cowboys from hell this time.

I also like Bon Jovi, B-52s, Megadeth and a little Judas Priest. I have zero interest in the others.

Re: Thirteen from the Eighties!

None of the above. Compared to the two decades that preceded them, the 80s was a musical wasteland.

Hmmmm. This one has become little more than a two horse race.

Did someone say horse race? This is like a match race, which means only two.

Re: Thirteen from the Eighties!

I can't believe I picked Metallica... weird.

I like them well enough, but none of these artists have two albums that I'm just crazy about, besides Iron Maiden.

The "gothic horror" of the first two Maiden albums still sounds fresh to me.

Re: Thirteen from the Eighties!

Judas Priest but for their 70s output which blows away their 80s stuff.

Re: Thirteen from the Eighties!

Not really a fan of any of those bands...but I do like a few Iron Maiden lp's and they have some prog rock going on at times...... so chose them.
