Slipping Away is alright but Pinball is truly blah. So no, I'm not surprised that they weren't hits.

^^truly a great one hit wonder from a one time goat farmer, and is a kiss of death apparently ( anyone that covers it - dissappears into the 50 cent bargain bucket.

This is a shoulda woulda coulda... but never made it big, these date back to the sixties and an attempt to springboard from the UK new wave scene only received limited interest... shame,( it's a lovely riff work thru' for knackered hands like mine)

This got nowhere in England despite radio play. Showing the live version from Old Grey Whistle Test here to prove how tight they were(previously named Cosmic Corncob).. Glyn Johns produced and eventually ended up on every compilation going.

Individually they scored hits in France and Central Europe.. but they joined forces in '66 for this stomper
(I had this poster of her on my ceiling!)
