Re: *All Fings Faces, Small And Otherwise*

.... why the Stones put Ronnie Wood on a salary for years is a huge mark of disrespect, the Now Look album by Ron is so well polished.

Breathe On Me.

Rod really pulls this one off, and cuts it better than it's writer- Tim Hardin.. An A-Side /B-side thing also!
Keith Emerson and Martin Quintetton help out.

Reason To Believe.

Re: *All Fings Faces, Small And Otherwise*

I was at this show in 1971, Fillmore East, NYC. (51 years ago). Humble Pie was actually the second opening act to headliner Lee Michaels. The opening, opening act was the all-girl group, Fanny. A really unique, good show by all.

Go to the top of the class, if you recognise Jimmy Winston playing a Rose Morris 345 Ricky..
From the beat movie, Dateline Diamonds.

Re: *All Fings Faces, Small And Otherwise*

The long term effects of being financially ripped off for... well his art and work, took its toll. Coupled with several disastrous ventures that he knew were not viable in terms of profit... but hell!... he did it for the love of music!
The Passing Show was an idea similar to the potion and lotion guy in the wild west.. travelling in a caravan and old buses, from place to place playing folk.. as a proud gypsy myself I understand his leaning towards moving about and escapism of the confines he felt.
