Another great Brit psych pop song that should have been big from 1968 but lost in all the stuff coming out then......they turned into Patto...a proto prog band that was also obscure.

Duke Williams and the Extremes, this was actually a good band. They were New Jersey based (if I remember right). I saw them opening for someone (I think it was the Mahavishnu Orchestra) at the Capitol Theater in Passaic, NJ in the mid-70s. I think they did a, one and a, two before they called it a day.

Weird to think this band began it's days in Mick Jaggers bedroom and professionally filling in the gigs they were too big to perform in anymore!
